Lydie Bocquillon

Lydie Bocquillon is a classically trained French chef originally from Avignon, she was mentored by Michelin-winning chefs Jacques Lameloise and Bernard Loiseau. An accomplished wine taster she learned this trade from her grandfather who was a Maitre de Chais (cellarmaster), for one of the finest wine producer in Beaujolais and Burgundy. She owns and runs a highly acclaimed restaurant and hotel located in the friendly highland village of Kingussie.
