Chinese Dissident Liu Xiaobo Dies

China's best-known dissident, the Nobel Peace laureate Liu Xiaobo, has died at the age of 61. He had recently been moved from prison to hospital for cancer treatment. The Chinese artist Ai Weiwei tells us the West made too little effort to press for Mr Liu's release during his years in prison.
