About the programme

About the programme

Every Monday evening at 6pm, local farmer and nature-lover Chris Skinner joins Matthew Gudgin in the studio. Chris has been sharing his enthusiasm for the Norfolk countryside with BBC Radio Norfolk listeners since the 1980s, and has also featured on BBC Radio 4 and on television programmes such as Countryfile.

On Mondays from six, you can enjoy the sounds of Chris's High Ash Farm at Caistor St Edmund in South Norfolk, ask Chris your wildlife questions, and hear selections from his vast array of bird song recordings. Chris also challenges you with a tricky "Rural Riddle" every week! To take part, ask Chris a question or perhaps share your own wildlife recordings, e-mail teatime@bbc.co.uk.

If you'd like to download the map of the public walks on Chris's farm, you can do so from the BBC website by clicking here.
