Ukraine crisis takes dangerous twist

The crisis in Ukraine takes a potentially dangerous turn, with Kiev saying its forces attacked and partly destroyed a column of Russian armoured vehicles that entered Ukrainian territory overnight. But there's now open division in Europe over how to respond to the situation. We talk to Raoul Ruparel, head of economic research at Open Europe. In Britain, the new football Premier League season kicks off this week. But if you like catching the highlights online beware - football bosses are launching a crackdown on unofficial clips of action posted on social media. And in our regular Friday chat, Oliver Ralph of the Financial Times newspaper in London and Simon Constable of the Wall Street Journal in New York talk about the tit-for-tat sanctions between the West and Russia, a new Bill of Rights for customers at an American department store, and the move by carmaker Daimler to delete staff emails while they're on holiday.
