As British investigators look into claims that rogue traders in London conspired to rig benchmark exchange rates, the governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney has denied reports that the central bank turned a blind eye to wrongdoing. But, speaking before a British parliamentary committee he did agree to conduct a root and branch review into the way it montiors markets.
