Will Yarmouk Change Anything in Syria?

Can pictures from Syria change anything? As the BBC's Kim Ghattas notes, the recent reports of the horrendous conditions at the Yarmouk camp near Damascus have added to the sense in the international community that there is a need to "do something." But what? The country remains in a bitter stalemate with conditions deteriorating by the day. Is there anything that can be done to stop the fighting?
