The Queen's Baton Relay route is announced

3 hours
First broadcast:
Wednesday 29 January 2014

Mark has the details of this summer's Queen's Baton Relay route. He catches up with the BBC's Mark Beaumont who is currently with the baton in Namibia and chats to Olympic gold medalist Dame Kelly Holmes.

Mark hears about a gym that is open for 24 hours a day, and asks what you do at the wrong time of day (or night!)

Mark heard from the world record-breaking 'two boys in a boat' earlier this week, who have just become the youngest ever team to row the Atlantic, tonight he hears from two girls in a boat, who are not having the best luck on the same challenge. He also hears from the Sheffield TV presenter running 250 miles over just seven days - calling in at 40 football grounds on her way!

Introducing tonight comes from Noon from Horsham and Sophie Ray a singer-songwriter from the Chilterns.
