One of the most powerful storms ever recorded is sweeping through the central islands of the Philippines, with gusts approaching 200 miles an hour. Millions of people in vulnerable areas have been forced to seek shelter across 20 provinces. Rachel FitzPatrick from Walsall talks to Caroline about her 23 year-old brother, Jonathan, who is an electrical engineer working in the Philippines.
