Ben chats to Richard Schofield from the Community Heartbeat Trust about the fact that they say that Wiltshire has more defibrilators per head than anywhere else in the country.

We find out what army vehicles will be returning from Afghanistan on their way to Warminster, where they'll join thousands of others being stored there.

And we hear about a new campaign called Wow Fit, which is trying to get more women and girls back into exercise.
