Nick Thorpe hooks up with Norbert Pap, the Professor of geography at the University of Pecs in Hungary in the search for the buried heart of the Ottoman Sultan, Suleiman the Magnificent. Thorpe finds that the hunt has political implications, with the revival of Hugarian-Turkish relations.
