An interview with a textiles engineer
A short interview with a textiles engineer, taken from 'The Imagineers' programme. He describes how he started his career as an artist and had many successes in producing novel fabrics from sprayed polymers in aerosol cans. However, because he rarely recorded his methods or results, he was not able to recreate his fabrics. He explains that engineers like to repeat their experiments again and again, and since he has begun doing this, he has had much more consistent success.
