Her daughter Luna was diagnosed with a brain tumour when she was a year and a half old. The family paid over £250,000 on alternative treatments in the hope it would prolong her life.

Another one of the cases the team had a lot of reaction to is Julie's. She wanted help for an elderly friend who managed to rack up a huge phone bill calling the speaking clock.
