First broadcast:

If you thought the on-going repercussions of the financial crisis was the biggest issue facing the world economy think again. The real threat to long term economic growth may lie elsewhere - in the world's aging population. On Business Daily today we'll be exploring the impact of the world's declining fertility and increasing longevity. It may mean we have to work for longer but is it actually a good thing for us all - does it mean that there'll be less pressure on scarce resources? George Magnus is a senior economic advisor to the giant Swiss Bank UBS and is the author of a new book, The Age of Aging. We'll also be discovering the secrets of successful lighting - could improving the way your business is lit actually increase sales? Mark Major is a lighting designer and the director of Speirs and Major a firm that designs lighting for public spaces and businesses. Plus we've got Lucy Kellaway bringing her usual no-nonsense approach to the the sensitive subject of sexual harassment. Lucy argues that not all unwanted workplace sexual advances should be classed as abuse.
