Gilli Cliff

Gilli Cliff's passion for food spans thirty years, from running a bistro in Oxford at the age of nineteen to writing and presenting a ten-part TV series, Tastes of Wales, in 1990.

She has written 12 cookery books based on local food culture in Cyprus and Wales and more recently, organic produce.

Gilli moved to North Yorkshire in 2001 where she now runs a cookery school.
