"Do Racists Have a Right to Be Heard?" is the topic of debate taking place this week, following a year of high profile racism in sport allegations. It's being hosted by race equality think tank The Runnymede Trust. Its Director, Robert Berkeley, tells UK Black the aim is to open up the discussion on new ways of challenging racism.
