Caribbean Connections: 10 years of twinning Reading and Barbados

Reading doesn't have the sun, sea and sand of Barbados. Anderson Connell, who was chair of the Barbados and Friends Association when the twinning took place, tells BBC Berkshire's Louise Chandler why the twinning works.
