'See Hear travels up North to check out preparations for an important new exhibition collating personal memoirs and ‘oral’ history from deaf people of Lancashire. Organised by the charity Deafway a group of deaf people have got together to sign their dreams, stories and experiences which have been compiled into an exhibition.
