Melvyn searches out bargains and best buys at one of the UK's biggest Christmas markets

  • Christmas Punch recipe - a spicy winter warmer, from the Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership

    Take 1 litre of apple and 1 litre of orange juice and mix with 250 ml water.

    Stir in 2 ttsp (10 ml) mixed spice and 1 tsp (5 ml) ground ginger.

    Bring to the boil, simmer for 5 mins and serve warm.
