High street struggles

Mary Portas looks at the impact of recession on Tewksbury High Street. With further analysis she finds that some small shop-keepers are struggling to cope with the rising cost of goods imported from China. Others are open for a whole day but see no customers at all. She urges the shop-keepers to work together to create events that will pull in customers, e.g. a Food Fair.
