Paul Epworth and Bond producer on Skyfall

Adele released her new James Bond single Skyfall on Friday 5 October.

As you would expect creating a Bond theme, isn't just a matter of writing and recording a track - Bond is a 50 year long global francise - with a musical heritage that includes Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Louis Armstrong, Carly Simon and Duran Duran - so the pressure from film producers and Bond fans is on.

6 Music reporter Linda Serck spoke to Grammy award-winning producer Paul Epworth and Skyfall associate producer Greg Wilson about how the song came into being.
