How do we stop children committing crime?
Figures obtained by BBC Three Counties Radio show that in the last two years serious crimes in Bedfordshire have been committed by children as young as four years old.
Since 2010, 59 crimes have been committed by children younger than nine and none of the guilty children can be punished by the law.
The crimes include a sexual offence by an eight year old in Arlesey and arson attempts by a four and five year old in Luton.
