  • Spain

    With austerity in Spain, theatre tickets previously taxed at 8% are now 21%. So the Bescano Theatre had the novel idea of selling carrots rather than tickets...as carrots are taxed at the lower rate.

  • Bluegrass

    Steve Martin starred at this week's International Bluegrass Music Awards in Nashville. Craig Havighurst covered the event and argues that legend Earl Scruggs is one of America's top five musicians.

  • The Parade / Barbara
