‘The majority of Taliban are not doing it for the name of Islam’
Hanif Qadir tells reporter Razia Iqbal how he rejected fighting in Afghanistan for the Taliban after meeting a young boy running scared. For the series One to One he describes this ‘divine’ moment and how he believed it saved his life, putting him on a path to help young people in the UK who were in danger of becoming radicalised.
