The conversation today is from the Manchester velodrome, the British Cycling Centre that is home to Bradley Wiggins' Team Sky, who have just dominated the Tour de France. We talk to a man who raced with Wiggins, Jonny Clay, and Paralympic Team GB cyclists, Mark Colbourne and Jody Cundy.
