Metric lead singer Emily Haines says she hasn't ruled out working with Lou Reed in the future on a collaboration project.
The Canadian band will release their 5th studio album on June 18th. Synthetica was recorded at The Electric Ladyland studios and Reed features on one of the tracks - Waunderlust.
They will be heading out on a short UK tour in July.
The gigs begin in London at the 02 Shepherds Bush Empire on July 2nd, Manchester HMV Ritz on July 7, and finally Oxford Academy on July 8.
