Tiree is host to the oldest British windsurfing event. It draws competitors from all over the world and is celebrating its 25th birthday on the beautiful island of Tiree with great waves and old and new champions battling it out for supermacy. Presenters Dougie Vipond and Duncan McCallum report all the action in this very exciting event. Also in the programme Cameron McNeish and Deziree Wilson visit the isle of Eigg, try out the latest outdoor gear and compete to produce the best camp stove meal.
