Jon Wright sits in.

Jon Speaks to Suffolk Police as yet more reports come in of rock-throwing incidents on two of the county's major trunk roads.

Local radio is much needed in emergencies and in rural locations. That's what the Local Gobvernment Association and the Church of England are saying, as well as accusing the BBC of ringfencing national and urban services. Jon finds out how important BBC Local Radio is to the residents of West Suffolk.

Jon asks what police are doing about drug driving in Suffolk. There are roadside tests in Europe, but Britain continues to rely on field impairment tests.

Do you want to be a Star for a Night? Judge Cheryl Halliwell tells Jon what it's all about and how you can get involved.

In the music hour ater 6pm, Jon will be telling the story of the nativity using a selection of the finest rock songs.
