When Harry makes the risky decision to act on his suspicions about Jim Coaver, Ruth fears he has made a terrible mistake. She argues that his judgement has become clouded by his emotions and warns she'll have no option but to report him to the Home Secretary if he does not desist immediately. Harry insists he'll take full responsibility for his actions.
