Sophie Kinsella has sold over two million copies of her Shopaholic series - in the latest, Shopaholic and Baby, her acquisitive heroine Becky Bloomwood becomes a Mum.

In February, free copies of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic adventure story, Kidnapped, are being given out free across Edinburgh - UNESCO's first City of Literature.
