After helping last year’s finalist Tyler James achieve chart success, Will is seeking to add another protégé to his glittering list. He’s focused on finding someone he can guide to the same lofty heights of success as Fergie and LMFAO

As the founder and front man of The Black Eyed Peas, Will has sold 31 million albums and 58 million singles worldwide and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him to the Voice chair. The seven-time Grammy Award winner has worked with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, including Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Cheryl Cole, Britney Spears, David Guetta and film composer Hans Zimmer.

In the last year, he’s performed for the Queen, sent a song to Mars and, most recently, broken iTunes records by making ‘Scream & Shout’ the first song to hit number one in 53 countries.
