Synopsis

This week Peter Day asks how safe is cyberspace?

Mobile phones and social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter have meant that we now readily give up personal information in public that not so long ago would have seemed intrusive.

But this freedom is not without its downside.

Threats to personal security and details as well as the security of corporations, intellectual property and even democracy in some cases.

Peter Day talks to four cyber security experts to find out what is really happening and what we can do to minimise the risk.
