Cycling mad Clare meet her cycling hero

Clare Muir is an extraordinary woman who puts the needs of others first. She runs a local community centre in Berkhamstead where she hosts a series of activities designed to keep young people off the streets. In addition Clare also fundraises for a project in Kenya where she's helped finance a school, provided vital medical equipment and funded an operation for a young girl with a clef palate. Ailish, one of those inspired by Clare, nominated her saying she does so much for other people and it's about time she had a treat especially for her.

For Clare's surprise, John was in a box! Yes, a large package was delivered to Clare and she had no idea what it was - after much debate she accepted the package only to have John burst out of it and reveal that she was off to cycle with Olympic champion Chris Boardman - not only that, she'd be racing him at the 2012 Olympic Velodrome which hasn't even been used yet by professional competitors.
