Synopsis

Sara Morales was kidnapped by left-wing Farc militants when she was 11 years old and forced to fight in Colombia's violent insurgency.

Also, Chinese flautist Guo Yue recounts his journey from the hardships of the Cultural Revolution, to playing in the Red Army orchestra and then signing a record deal in London.
