Jo will be asking the question “Does feeding the family on a healthy diet mean budget goes out the window?” Our expert in the studio is Beverley Glock from Splat Cooking and she will have useful tips about halthy eating thet does not have to break the bank.

Aitch McRobbie will talk about her musical career which has seen her singing and recording with some of the biggest names: Van Morrison, Joe Cocker, Robert Plant, Amy Winehouse and James Blunt. She also writes and teaches music and has recorded her first album Take Off Your Shoes.
