London Ambulance Service, Met Police cuts and the Duke of Edinburgh turns 90

London's Ambulance Service is wasting money by sending too many vehicles to each job, the Metropolitan Police is to cut around three hundred sergeants from its Safer Neighbourhood teams and the Duke of Edinburgh is 90 years old today.
