Rachel Sloane sits in.

Levi Roots, famous for his Reggae Reggae Sauce on Dragons' Den, encourages us to ditch burgers and sausages and to spice up our barbecues.

It's official - It's Camping and Caravanning Week. Rachel speaks to Jon Dale from the Camping and Caravanning Club and to Felixstowe TV man Chris Gosling, who set up the Caravan Channel.

The play Josh's Monsters is featured in this year's Pulse Festival. The two actors who play the main characters tell Rachel why the story starts in Devon and ends in Afghanistan - and how it takes audience participation to a new level.

Hear Stephen Foster's chat with Mildenhall Fen Tigers co-promoter Michael Lee on the speedway team's biggest win of the season.
