Research from the British Medical Journal makes strong links between excessive alcohol and cancer. Foz gets the thoughts of NHS Suffolk's head of health improvement.

Lock it or lose it - that is the message from police in west Suffolk where 72 vehicles have been targeted in three months.

The Long Shop Museum, on the site of the former Richard Garrett works in Leiston, gets a Heritage Lottery Fund grant. Foz asks trustee Andrew Paris what this means for their future.
