'Paying addicts to use contraception is a short term fix'

US charity Project Prevention has exclusively told 5 live Breakfast that it's paying more than 20 female addicts in the UK cash to have coils and implants fitted. Now Welsh charity Kaleidoscope wants to trial a similar scheme here, but instead of cash for contraception, they would give addicts supermarket vouchers to attend family planning clinics. 5 live's Mark Hutchings finds out what recovering addict Tammi thinks of the idea.
