Recipe: Wild rabbit with pasta
Take the chopped meat of one rabbit.
Toast fennel seeds by dry frying in pan for a short time. Add to meat.
Mince the meat.
In the meantime, boil pasta in saucepan as per pack instructions.
Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
Add one finely chopped onion and a finely chopped garlic clove. Add chopped fresh chilli to taste. Fry till softened.
Add rabbit. Stir fry for four minutes.
Add bit of cooking water (from pasta).
Strain pasta, then serve stir fried rabbit over the pasta.
