It's alleged thousands of Americans have been thrown out of their homes on the basis of false paperwork.

A growing number of official enquiries have been set up into processes used by banks in foreclosures. Lesley Curwen talks to David Shaev, a New York attorney with Shaev and Fleischman, who fights foreclosure actions brought by banks.
