Insomnia: Dominik Diamond seeks treatment

Journalist Dominik Diamond suffers from insomnia. He once went 72 hours without sleep. Lack of sleep makes him snappy, irritable and withdrawn, when it's at its worst he fears for his sanity. He's tried everything from sleeping tablets to obsessive bedtime rituals though nothing has solved his problem. He meets sleep expert Prof. Colin Espie who prescribes a course of sleep restriction therapy. Will this be the solution Dominik is looking for?
