Nick Coffer's Weekend Kitchen

Nick Coffer keeps you company every Saturday lunchtime with the Weekend Kitchen, featuring brilliant local guests, local conversation, all your favourite Saturday music and of course lots of lovely, quick and easy food for you to cook at home.

Top local chefs, talented local home cooks, local food producers and big name "non-food" guests join Nick for a two hour lunch party. They all have great stories to tell and get a chance to play their favourite tracks too.

Inspired by living and working in France for nearly a decade and by brilliant home cooks in his own family Nick is passionate about making cooking as easy, foolproof and jargon-free as it possibly can be by using great ingredients and cooking them simply.
He produces a very popular online cookery blog and his first book was published in 2011.

If you love food and listening to local people with great stories to tell, tune into Nick Coffer's Weekend Kitchen, every Saturday at midday on BBC Three Counties Radio.
