First broadcast:
Friday 13 August 2010

Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and Shelley Jory-Leigh visit Weymouth and Portland as the 2010 Sail for Gold regatta takes place in the Olympic waters.

They talk to some of those competing in one of the most important regattas to be held in UK waters this year.

There is a tour of one of Weymouth's lifeboats and Jon Emmett keeps us up to date with the world of dinghy sailing.

And there is the detailed weekend sailing forecast for all users of the water.
