Adam Henson makes a fire

Adam Henson meets bushcraft expert Dave Watson in the heart of the National Forest in the East Midlands. Dave, who has spent a total of four years sleeping out under the stars, equips Adam with the knowledge he needs to survive a night in the forest. First he builds a shelter from branches and fearns and then he makes a fire.
