David Powis is a radio amateur and working on a project at the old transmitter block at Bawdsey.

On the Sofa it's Stowmarket boy Mark Oldfield who's a nationally known opera singer - he's performing at the Aldeburgh Festival this weekend.

Dolphin's Dart - or Talbot's Target - is at Heveningham between Framlingham and Halesworth.
