Songwriter Mark Eitzel rehearses the first song of a new musical for Brighton Festival. Mark teamed up with award-winning playwright Simon Stephens to create “Marine Parade.” The song, titled “I live in this place” is taken from his new album “Klammoth.” Miranda Sawyer is watching the rehearsal in the Union Chapel. This exclusive clip will not feature in this episode of The Culture Show.
