Car boot ordeal
Nurse Magdeline Makola tells us how she was tied up, gagged and locked in a car boot for ten days without food or water. Her attacker stole her credit cards and went on a spending spree, leaving her to her fate.

American mum-to-be Lara Markuse says she works in a hospital as a neurologist, but prefers to give birth in her own home.

African students in China
Erick Mokua from Kenya is studying aeronautics in Beijing. He tells us why he and thousands of other African students are braving the language barrier and opting for Chinese universities.
