Here you’ll find some regular favourites. Fancy learning how to bake the perfect soufflé from the man who’s cooked for some of the world’s finest celebrities at his local restaurants? Then join us for Food on Friday to help kick start your weekend. Meantime, if you like the idea of some midweek indulgence, chew the fat with us on the Family Phone In every Wednesday. You help to set the agenda and Sarah will discuss anything from experiences of IVF treatment, to coping as a ‘mistress’.

After 3pm is where you’ll find some truly inspirational stories from people right here in the Royal County.
