Saturday Breakfast

A panto appearance in Weston Super Mare (with the bloke from Bucks Fizz!) was the inspiration behind Simon’s move to Somerset. He lives with his wife Celina and his two children Emily and Charlie. Completing the family are the dogs Scrumpy, a lovely rescue dog from Heavens Gate in Langport and Pebble, a cute but noisy terrier who likes nothing more than finding something unpleasant to roll in, on a long walk in the shadow of Glastonbury Tor.
The downside to presenting the Saturday Breakfast show on BBC Somerset is the alarm clock going off at 5 am…but the upside is being able to wake up the county with the news, sport, weather and travel information we all need on a Saturday morning, as well as some unimportant trivial nonsense that we don’t.
Oh and it gets him out of doing the dog walk!
