The eighth of 11 children, Joe is married to Novelette and they have three grown up daughters.
He studied Theology at Sheffield University where he completed his PhD. Joe is an ecumenist, published author and editor of several books.
Joe works as Secretary for Minority Ethnic Christian Affairs with Churches Together in England and is also a bishop in the Church of God of Prophecy.
